Students are required to complete full payment for their course enrollment by the start date of the class. Students who have not fully paid by the start of the class will not be permitted to participate.
Group Booking Payment:
A 50% deposit is required for group bookings of 5 or more students. The deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% of the course fee is due on the day of the class. Our instructor will collect the final payments before the start of the class.
1) Payment Policy:

2) Age Requirements:
In CPR there is no age requirements to take the class. However, the student must be able to successfully pass the skills/ physical and written portion of the course.
3) Physical Requirements:
For courses with physical components, students must be able to perform the required physical portion of the course, if applicable. Accommodations can and will be made on a case-by-case basis for individuals with documented disabilities or special needs. Please contact us in advance to discuss any accommodations you may require.
In CPR, students must be able to compress 2 inches on an adult manikin.
4) Appropriate Attire:
Students are expected to dress appropriately for the course. The following clothing articles are not considered appropriate attire for our courses and will not be permitted:
a. Tank tops
b. Bathing suits
c. Short shorts
d. Flip-flops or open-toed footwear
Students wearing clothing that is deemed inappropriate by the instructor will not be able to participate in the course. We recommend wearing comfortable and practical clothing suitable for the training environment. These guidelines are put in place to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and professionalism of our courses. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these guidelines, please feel free to contact us in advance of your course date.
At EmCare Training, we are committed to ensuring that all individuals, including those with special requirements, have equal access to our courses and skills sessions. We recognize that some students may require accommodations to complete the skills portion or may face challenges with traditional testing methods due to learning disabilities. Accommodations for Skills Portions: If a student has special requirements or needs assistance to complete the skills portion of our courses, we will work with them to make necessary accommodations. Please notify us in advance of your course date so that we can assess and arrange for any accommodations that may be required. Accommodations may include additional time, modified tasks, or other adjustments as appropriate.
Accommodations for Learning Disabilities: Students with learning disabilities that may affect their performance in traditional testing situations are encouraged to inform us of their specific needs. We will collaborate with these students to provide alternative testing methods or additional support to ensure a fair and equitable evaluation process.

1) Blended Course Overview:
Students who purchase the blended course will receive a link to access the online course of their choice. Upon successful completion of the online course, students are required to print out their online certification.
2) Skills Session: To finalize their training, students must schedule and attend a skills session within the allotted time frame. EmCare offers the option to complete the skills session with us, and the cost is included in the blended course package.
3) Skills Session at EmCare: If students choose to take their skills session with EmCare, the cost is covered as part of the blended course purchase. EmCare instructors will ensure that students demonstrate proficiency in the required skills.
4) Skills Session at Another Training Center: Students have the flexibility to complete their skills session at a different training center if they prefer. However, please note that EmCare will not provide refunds for skills sessions conducted at other training locations. Students are financially responsible for any costs associated with the skills session at another training center.

It is essential to review and understand the cancellation policy before enrolling in our courses. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent process to address any cancellations or changes to your training schedule. Rescheduling:
a. Students may request to reschedule their course up to 3 days before the start date without incurring additional fees.
b. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests within 3 days of the course start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 15% of the course fee.
Individuals & Groups:
Students/ Groups of five [5] or more have seven [7] business days to cancel a course to be eligible for a refund.
Blended Course:
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a blended course, the following policies apply:
1) Cancellation Before Starting the Online Course: If a student decides to cancel their enrollment in the blended course before accessing the online course, a full refund will be issued. Please notify us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.
2) Cancellation After Starting the Online Course: Once a student has started the online course and completed any portion of it, no refund for the online course fee will be provided.
Skills Session:
If a student has already completed the online course and wishes to cancel their scheduled skills session, the following policies apply:
1) Cancellation Before Scheduling the Skills Session: If a student decides to cancel their skills session before making the appointment, a full refund of the skills session fee (if applicable) will be provided.
2) Cancellation After Scheduling the Skills Session: If a student cancels the scheduled skills session after making the appointment, the skills session fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Process:
a. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [info@emcaretraining.com]. b. Refunds will be processed accordance to our refund policy.
At EmCare Training LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality emergency care training to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand our procedures and guidelines.
Late/ No Show/ Missed Course:
Any student that is 15 minutes or more late to the start of the course will not be permitted to attend the course; does not show up or misses the course, will not be eligible for a refund.
Course Enrollment Fees:
1) Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered for course enrollment fees under the following circumstances:
a. Course Cancellation: If EmCare Training LLC cancels a course for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course enrollment fee.
b. Cancel before course start:
I. Individual/ groups decide to withdraw/cancel from a course seven [7] days before the scheduled start date, you will be eligible to receive 90% refund.
II. Individual/ groups decide to withdraw/cancel from a course two-six [2-6] days before the schedule start date, you will be eligible to receive 75% refund.
III. Individual/ groups decide to withdraw/cancel with-in 12-48 hours before the schedule start date/time, you will be eligible to receive 35% refund.
IV. Individual/ groups decide to withdraw/cancel with-in 0-11 hours before the schedule start date/time will not be eligible for a refund.
2) Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at [info@emcaretraining.com]. Please include your name, course details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will guide you through the process.
3) Refund Processing Time: Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used for enrollment. Generally, refunds will be processed within [7-14 business days] from the date of approval.
Refunds for Canceled Skills Sessions at EmCare:
If a student has scheduled their skills session with EmCare and we need to cancel or reschedule the session for any reason, a full refund of the skills session fee will be issued to the student.
Refunds for Skills Sessions Conducted at Other Training Centers:
Students who choose to complete their skills session at another training center are financially responsible for the costs associated with that session.
EmCare Training will not provide refunds for skills sessions conducted at other training locations. Refunds will not be refunded for students who do not pass the skills and/or written portion of their course.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has started.
Course Materials and Resources:
1) Digital Downloads and Course Materials: Due to the nature of digital downloads and access to course materials, refunds are not typically available for these items once they have been accessed or downloaded.

EmCare Training LLC agrees to assist in enhancing the safety of Client's event by seeking and deploying trained medical personnel who will respond to medical emergencies according to their level of training. The levels of training and corresponding emergency response capabilities are as follows:
Basic First Aid and CPR Providers: Trained to handle small lacerations, choking incidents, and cardiac arrest.
Emergency Medical Responders (EMR): Capable of managing seizures, heat and cold-related emergencies, and performing spinal immobilization.
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT): Qualified to respond to strokes, anaphylaxis, and assist in administering medications such as epinephrine and inhalers.
All providers are independent contractors and not employees of EmCare Training LLC. They possess a valid driver's license, hold a current CPR certification, and have up-to-date medical training. However, EmCare Training LLC does not perform background checks on these providers. EmCare Training LLC is not liable for any medical malpractice, property damage, or other financial damages that may arise from the services provided by the independent contractors. While EmCare Training LLC strives to provide the highest standard of care, the outcome of any medical emergency cannot be guaranteed.
Payment will constitute that the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above. This Agreement shall commence on the date signed and shall continue until the services are rendered, unless terminated earlier by either Party with written notice. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled event to qualify for any refund.

Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No Refunds
If a cancellation is made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the event, no refund will be issued. No partial refunds will be given for services that are started but not completed.
3. Force Majeure
EmCare Training LLC is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with the Client to reschedule the services for a mutually convenient date.
EmCare Training LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
