Admin Dashboard

Admins can manage disciplines, course names, team members, student records, historical imports, and every class-management panel an instructor can access.

Admins have all instructor abilities in addition to admin controls.

Create Discipline

Create a discipline first, then create course names inside that discipline. You can also load and edit anything that already exists.

Admin Workflow

Create or Edit Discipline

Select an existing discipline to edit it, or leave on Create New to add a new one.

Create or Edit Course Name

Select an existing course to edit it, or leave on Create New to add a new one.

Add Team Member

Create or edit an Admin or Instructor profile, then assign what they can teach or manage.

Set a temporary username for staff accounts. Students can choose their own username during first login.

Assigned Course Access

Add Student

Admins can create a student profile and add the student to any created class in the system.

Admin Student Control
If left blank, the system will create a temporary username and prompt the student to choose their own username at first login.

Manage People

Admins can review instructors, search all student accounts, update profiles, resend login codes, and change roles.

View all instructors in the system and open any profile.
